Our signature garden-to-table restaurant highlights fresh, natural produce in inspired dishes. Placing an emphasis on natural ingredients, much of our menu is sourced from our chef’s gardens, bursting with fresh vegetables, fragrant herbs and aromatic spices.

Seated under a thatched pergola, surrounded by fragrant blooms, our exclusive Chef’s Table creates an immersive, private dining experience with an internationally-inspired menu for groups of up to 14. Your menu will be created from the island's freshest ingredients, just as you like.
Our popular Gin Bar will please even the most discerning G&T aficionado. A selection of no fewer than 34 different gins from around the world are perfectly paired with fruits and flavours from the chef’s garden to match the distinctive characteristics of each gin. Let our mixologist know your preferred flavour profile, and they will stir, shake and pour a drink to win you over.
Dine among hundreds of vibrantly coloured blooms in the Orchid house or in the dappled shade of an ancient Banyan tree, enjoy natural produce from land and sea and watch as the herbs and vegetables that flourish around you are picked and cooked in ways that retain their goodness and enhance their natural flavour.
